Fabian Coulthard won a very incident filled race 11 with his DJR Team Penske teammate Scott McLaughlin followed closely behind in second.

Nick Percat in his stunning indigenous liveried Brad Jones Racing contender, crossed the line in P3 with the very eager Red Bull Racer of Jamie Whincup breathing down his neck in fourth.

Pole sitter Rick Kelly's race ended in the tyre wall after his Nissan suffered a stuck throttle while Shane van Gisbergen was also forced to retire after becoming the meat in a Jason Bright Garth Tander sandwich which saw him veer off the track with a broken steering arm.

It wasn't van Gisbergen's only incident of the race after his right rear tyre blew when he was leading the race on lap 18 and went off track at turn one as a result.

Chaz Mostert finished fifth for Prodrive with Cameron Waters, Craig Lowndes and David Reynolds rounded out the top eight.

Stewards will be kept busy tonight as there were multiple incidents that need investigating now that all is said and done.
