Celtic manager Ronny Deila says he sees " big potential" in Socceroo Tom Rogic, as he continues to impress in Scotland.

Rogic has gone to another level this season since returning to full fitness, making 22 appearances and scoring five goals for Celtic.

“He is injury free and pain free and that is the major part in it all,” Deila told The Evening Times.

“He still needs to work with his pace and to get stronger legs but his technique, his understanding and his creativity is top class.

“I love watching him play football when he is at his best and against St Johnstone he found gaps and gave them a lot of problem.

"So far he has done very well and I see big, big potential in him.”
